NeoKleos launch updates only. We use the email address you provide only for NeoKleos launch updates. Joining does not create an app account or provide app access.

We store signup emails in Cloudflare D1. Each entry contains your normalized email address, the first signup date, the request wording version and the last recorded consent date. A shared submission counter stores only a fixed scope, minute window and aggregate count; it contains no email or IP address.

We remove entries from the active waitlist on request or after six calendar months from signup unless you explicitly renew consent. A repeat signup does not renew consent or restart that period. A verified renewal starts a new six-month period from its recorded date. Removal is performed through an operator procedure; this receiver has no automatic expiry job.

Cloudflare D1 recovery history can retain earlier database states for up to 7 days on the Free plan or 30 days on a Paid plan. Those historical records are not used for launch updates. If a database is restored, deletion requests and expired-entry removal must be reapplied before the waitlist is used again.

This waitlist receiver currently sends no outgoing mail, including confirmation messages, and does not verify ownership of an email address. Saving a request records the launch-update request; it does not confirm email delivery.
